Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, staying for a few days filled with relaxation and fun! The lazy river was a highlight, and the amazing views of the fireworks made it even better. The food at the marketplace restaurant was quite good, but I found the dining options had some inconsistencies. Overall, this place is a gem for families looking for a getaway.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel; the architecture is impressive, and the spa pool is simply my favorite. The staff, particularly Kelsey at the front desk, went above and beyond to make us feel special. While the dining options were excellent, the property does show signs of wear and tear in some areas. Overall, it’s a charming retreat, but a few improvements are needed.
Our family had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel, with comfortable rooms and a stunning pool area. The grounds were well-kept and the dining options were delicious, particularly enjoying breakfast and dinner. However, the extra fees for parking and amenities felt excessive, which took away a bit from the overall experience.
This hotel has a lot to offer, from spacious rooms with great views to a beautiful pool area and excellent amenities. While the dining experience could improve, especially for vegan options, the overall service was top-notch. I found the atmosphere relaxing and enjoyable, but it can get a bit loud during conventions, which might detract from the experience. Valet parking is definitely worth it for ease of access.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the pools were beautiful and the views stunning, the dining options left much to be desired, especially at the lounge. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the room had some cleanliness issues that detracted from my stay. Overall, it had its highlights but didn't meet expectations for a grand hotel.
